How does the graphic design process work?

Our graphic design process begins with you reaching out to us with a project you need done, your ideas, and your timeline. We will respond, usually within 48 hours, and let you know if we are able to meet your needs and discuss pricing. From there, we will ask you to explain your vision, if you have one. You can send us ideas, colors, lists of essential elements, etc. We will begin creating your custom piece. Typically, we will design a couple of versions and present them to the client for feedback then take that feedback and create a final product. We don't stop until you are happy with your design!

How long do custom graphics typically take to make?

Turn around for graphic design work varies depending on several factors. Each piece is completely custom and made from scratch. The size, detail, and complexity of the project all affect the timeline as well as the schedules of our designers. All of these factors will be discussed when ordering custom work. Though you cannot force creativity, we try to complete projects within 2 weeks. Rush orders available for an additional fee.

Do you sell the items pictured that feature your decals?

Currently we only offer decals through our online shop. Our pictures serve as ways to showcase our decals and what you can do with them. Because our products are so personalized, we want them to fit your life and be able to use them on your favorite things, not the brands and items we choose. We encourage our customers to be creative! If you are interested in a hand made item you see on our site or Instagram, send us a message and we will discuss availability.

What if I want to order a decal or monogram in a size or color not listed?

Just ask! We can make decals in many sizes, colors, and prints.

Can I request custom decals that are different from what is offered in the shop?

Of course you can! We love making custom creations. All custom work gets customer approval before production.

How do I know what size decal to order?

We have created a size chart to help determine what size will be the best fit. If you have any questions about sizing, just ask!
